Embodied Yoga

Yoga, Breathing & Meditation  in its ancient roots is a spiritual practice where the attitude makes all the difference.

Our approach has a strong focus on undoing, inspiring and encouraging the body itself to discover the best way of opening and transforming into a deeper body-mind consciousness.With the help of ideokinesis (the process of using mental imagery to “affect the body's postural alignment in order to bring it into greater equilibrium"), we focus on a fluid movement  through the  spine, using gravity and mindfulness to connect body breath & mind. This most valuable and ever developing information is helping us to listen to the motion within, allowing movement  to unfold in all directions  and let the body's intelligence reveal itself.

The source of our customized yoga classes is based on:the teachings of Krishnamacharya who thaught my teachers A.G. & Indra Mohan for almost 2 decades and the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli who taught my current teacher Diane Long for 23 years, her unique approach of awakening the spine and stimulating the song of the body.

The practice helps, to keep the body healthy and the mind calm, extending the awareness   towards infinit spaces and possibilities,so the who is doing and the how it is all connected becomes more important than the what it looks like
