Karl and Ursula like to share their longterm experience in bodywork
with others and create a safe and gentle environment to develop consciousness and wellbeing .
Ursula Margharita


studied bodywork, ideokinesis and new dance at the university of Amsterdam (1985-1989). At the same time she trained in Iyengar Yoga and later in Viniyoga (T.K.V. Desikachar) and practised Aikido, Alexander Technique and Pilates.She choreographed and performed for international festivals in europe and taught movement & bodyworkshops
for the last two decades.
She is certified
in the sience of yoga and yoga therapy (afiliated with yoga alliance) by A.G.Mohan (a direct disciple of Krishnamacharya, Chennai,India) and she holds a teachers diploma(300 hours) in thai yoga
massage from TMC school Chiang Mai, Thailand. She studied Ayurveda and Kalaripayatu massage with Gurukkal P.Dineshan in Kerala. She keeps on learning
from known and unknown teachers , students and clients alike. Her many travels to Asia brought great insides into
ancient spiritual cultures and the divers and colourfull approach of the living in the now.
Over the last few
years studying the intuitive yoga with Diane Long (a direct student of Vanda Scaravelli) has become a continuously unfolding inspiration and her ungoing studies with Geshe Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche are opening spaces to the world of meditation and the Tibetan Yoga "Thrul Kor". T.W.
Rinpoche is one of the few Tibetan Bonmasters living in the west teaching dream yoga, Thrul Kor and Dzogchen meditation.
Presently Ursula is studying Biodynamic craniosacral therapy with the European school of Craniosacral Therapy.
Karl Abraham
studied bodywork, ideokineseis and new dance at
the university of Amsterdam (1986-1990) and trained in aikido and capoeira. After his studies he moved back to Berlin and emerged himself
into the musicscene of the ninthies, his other passion. He has been and still is producing ambient-lounge and dance-music.At the same time he started studying yoga and
pranayama at the shivanada center in Berlin and practiced dynamic meditation and prana healing. He has also studied with Diane
Long and developed his own style of yoga which is deeply rooted in relaxing into the yoga position sending the breath into
different bodyparts to release tension and create space in the joints. He is trained in Traditional Thai massage by the Old Medicine Hospital and the Loi Kroh Institute in Chiang Mai, Thailand and he has studied ayurveda and the ancient kalaripayatu massage with gurukkal (master) P.
Dineshan in Kannur, Kerala .
He has great knowledge about healing mushrooms and is a devoted cook and gardener,
who loves to creat deliouse food, indian-ayurvedic style, japanese kitchen or thai food with a highly inspired common sense
for an easy approach towards a healthy living.
